Thank you for being here. Crystal Ship Jewelry was created in 2015 by Shannon, a side gig at first, but organically grew over the years to a full time business. Offering wholesale nationwide, an online shop, markets and workshops. Known for our signature gemstone bracelet stacks, layering necklaces and boho glam style. Crystal Ship is about meaningful jewelry made with love and intention.

Online orders ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Larger orders may take up to 7 business days.

USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) shipping is 2-5 days typically.

USPS Priority shipping is 1-3 typically.

Local pick up is always available at any of our events or markets. Just let us know ahead of time and we are happy to bring it for you. We do not currently offer deliveries, meet up or pick up at any location other than our events.

You will receive an email once your order has been mailed, with your tracking info. We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our hands. Please double check your shipping address so it's going to the right place.

How do I know my size?

To find the perfect fit for our bracelets, you will need to measure your wrist. We offer custom size inclusive pieces. Use a measuring tape, or grab a string, then hold up to a ruler. You just need your wrist measurement in inches. You want your bracelet to fit slightly looser than your wrist measurement. If it is too tight, not only will it be uncomfortable, but it will stress the cord, which will eventually weaken. If your wrist measures 6 in. you would order a standard size, which is approximately 7 in.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, we always offer repairs, restringing and chain repair for all of our pieces. Just contact us to arrange it!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we never sell anything that has been worn. If you have any issues with your order, please just contact us and we will make sure you are happy.

What if my jewelry discolors or gets damaged?

We use mostly stainless steel and gold plated stainless steel, which is water resistant. As long as you follow our care instructions, your jewelry should last with minimal wear. Some of our pieces are gold brass, which can darken with wear. We ALWAYS offer free polishes, cleanings and jump ring replacement for any reason. Try to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming and working out.
